4Fitzgerald Room King Bed

Perfect for our 1 night stay. We were able to bring our dog. Room had small fridge amd microwave. Somehow we missed the information that the bathroom is on the hallway across the room which wasn't ideal but we managed just fine. Also the doors were very squeaky, especially the bathroom one. It was a minor inconvenience, but noticeable. I see how the other guests might complain about that too.

We stayed for only one night as we were passing through the area. We had a great room!! King size bed was very comfortable. We had a drink outside in the backyard by the creek. Easy to check in and Madeline was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Will recommend the Book Village Inn and Bar to anyone who wants a quaint little town. Thank you Madeline!!

Not what I expected for the price Positive: The bed was fine Negative: It's not an apartment as advertised its a room with a shared bathroom for the floor. That was not clear. The room itself appeared to still be under renovation or was just not well taken care of. Not dirty but clear damage to the walls.

Positive: Really lovely rooms and stay but the checking in process was quite complex involving an online form which needed id and credit card details uploaded - I left it until we got there to do as I assumed there would be someone at the hotel to welcome us and ended up being stuck outside with 1 bar of cell service. I messaged the hotel on booking.com to explain I was stuck outside with my newborn and luckily someone sent me the code to my room. Other than that it was a nice stay
